  1. Don’t hesitate to go and see your GP. Find out who your GP is here. (You must log in using MinID (MyID)).
  2. If you cannot find your GP or contact the health service: Call the HELFO Service centre on (+47) 815 70 07 (open 8.00am – 3.30pm).
  3. Contact your local authority. On your local authority website, you will find a special helpline for those affected, as well as information on where to get help in your local area. You will find each municipality in alphabetical order here.


If you can’t get the help you need:

Contact your local authority, GP or county governor.
