You have been invited to take part in the trial of the digital Antenatal Health Card on Helsenorge. With the digital card, you can easily keep track of your pregnancy in one place. The aim is for the Antenatal Health Card to become fully digital in the future, so there will no longer be a need for the paper version.
Give your consent to take part in the trial
To join the trial, you must give your consent to take part. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Once you have given your consent, you will get access to the Pregnancy service.
If you have already started using the digital Antenatal Health Card and the Pregnancy service, you have already given your consent. You can go straight to the service.
The Antenatal Health Card is part of the Pregnancy service
Your digital Antenatal Health Card is available in the Pregnancy service on Helsenorge. You can access it from the Helsenorge homepage, along with your other health services.
More information about the trial
Even if you are taking part in the trial of the digital Antenatal Health Card, you must still bring your the paper version of your Antenatal Health Card to your antenatal appointments. The paper version is still the official record used for your care and follow-up during pregnancy.
Your digital Antenatal Health Card is available in the Pregnancy service on Helsenorge, once you have given your consent.

Follow your pregnancy week by week
Get relevant information based on how far along you are
Keep all your information about yourself, your pregnancy and your baby in one place
Write notes and save documents
Upload photos, such as ultrasound images or a photo of your paper Antenatal Health Card
Find explanations of words and terms used in your Antenatal Health Card
The Pregnancy service is continuously being improved, which means the design or features may change while you use it.
