You can use the digital antenatal health card

You have been given access to the digital antenatal health card. The digital health card is part of the Pregnancy service on Helsenorge. 

Give your consent before you start 

You must give your consent before you can start using the digital antenatal health card. By giving your consent, you agree that information about you is stored while the digital antenatal health card is under pilot. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Remember to bring the paper health card with you! 

Because only some GPs, midwives and hospitals currently use the digital antenatal health card, information may be missing from your digital health card. You must therefore still bring the paper version to pregnancy check-ups and medical appointments, so that everyone involved in your care has access to the same information. 

When the digital antenatal health card has been implemented everywhere, you will no longer need the paper version.

  • In the Pregnancy service, you can: 

    • Follow your pregnancy week by week. 
    • Receive relevant information based on how far you are in your pregnancy. 
    • Gather all information about yourself, your pregnancy and your child in one place.
    • Write notes and save documents. 
    • Upload images, such as ultrasound images and a photo of the paper health card. 
    • Find explanations of words and terms used in your health card. 

  • The Pregnancy service is currently under development. This means that the design or features may change while you are using it.
