You can log in using the Helsenorge app from when you are 13 years old. You will get access to more services if you have parental consent and BankID. You can access Helsenorge as an adult from the age of 16 years.

Have you turned 16?
Anyone aged 16 or over can log in to Helsenorge. Your parents will no longer be able to view any information about you.

Helsenorge’s app lets you book an appointment with your school’s public health nurse without your parents receiving any information about this.
