Get help choosing a treatment centre

If you would like advice and guidance on choosing a treatment centre, you can consult a patient advisor.

You can call a patient advisor directly on 24 24 05 00.

The phone lines are open every weekday from 9:00 to 15:00.

The patient advisers are nurses who have experience of the specialist health service. They are covered by a duty of confidentiality and can provide information regarding:

  • treatment options
  • waiting times
  • how to switch hospitals
  • your rights in the specialist health service

The patient advisers can also provide information about The Health and Work scheme.

The wizard for Choosing a treatment centre explains how to choose and/or switch between treatment centres.
