Here, you will find health data and documents from your medical records that are shared between treatment centres through national services such as the summary care record and prescription intermediary.

More about the service

  • This service requires consent on Basic level or higher.

    You can view and change your consent under privacy settings.

  • You can give others power of attorney to view and register information on your behalf, and you can receive similar power of attorney from others.

    This service requires power of attorney to "Access to information".

  • The service can be used on behalf of children for whom you have parental responsibility, until they turn 16, if at least one of the parents is registered at the same address as the child. From when the child turns 12, you will lose access to the information shared via the summary care record, as well as to the usage log.

    From 16 years of age

    When a child for whom you have parental responsibility or guardianship turns 16 years of age, you will no longer have access to their medical records. In order to get access, the young person can log in to Helsenorge or give you power of attorney.

  • Unlisted address is often referred to as «confidential address» or «blocked address».

    This service is available to people with a confidential address (code 7) and a strictly confidential address (code 6), but you will not have access to the usage log.

    If you live at a confidential or strictly confidential address, you will not be able to represent others at Helsenorge, nor will others be able to act on your behalf.
