This service requires Full access consent.

If you would like to check what level of consent you have given or change your consent, you can do this under Privacy settings.

If you do not wish to consent to Full access, you can still view your prescriptions at Basic access level.

To use this service on behalf of someone you do not have parental responsibility for, they must give authorisation to Digital Health Services.

Powe of attorney to collect prescription items

You can give someone power of attorney to collect medicines and other prescription items for you at a pharmacy or medical supply retailer. This is not the same as power of attorney to use Helsenorge on behalf of someone else.

There are two ways you can give someone power of attorney to collect prescription items for you:

• Create an power of attorney on Helsenorge to collect prescription items for others. The service is currently being tested, and the authorisation can only be used at Apotek 1 and Farmasiet for now. Read more about how to create an authorisation on Helsenorge to collect prescription items
  
  
• Use this form from the Norwegian Pharmacy Association to give authorisation to collect prescription items (apotek.no)

You can use this service on behalf of children under 16 you have custody of, but only if at least one parent is registered in the National Population Register at the same address as the child:

• If one or more of the parents are registered at the same address as the child, both parents will be able to represent the child.
• If neither parent is registered at the same address as the child, neither of them will be able to represent the child.

From 16 years of age

When a child for whom you have parental responsibility turns 16 years of age, you will no longer have access to their health data. In order to gain access, the young person can either log in to Helsenorge or give you power of attorney.

Unlisted address is often referred to as «confidential address» or «blocked address».

This service is available to people with an unlisted address.

If this service contains information from another service that is not accessible to you because of the confidential address, you will also not be able to see this information here.

If you live at a confidential address, you will not be able to represent others at Helsenorge, nor will others be able to act on your behalf.
