What is the municipal online doctor?

The municipal online doctor is an option when no appointments with your GP are available. You can also use the municipal online doctor service if you do not have a GP. You will be given a video appointment with a doctor who has appointments available.

The online doctor does not have access to your medical records. The online doctor is therefore not familiar with your medical history and will not be able to offer you follow-up care after the appointment.

In urgent cases, please contact the out-of-hours medical service.

Do you need urgent help? Call 113

If the situation is critical and about life or death, call 113.

If it is less urgent, call the out-of-hours medical centre on 116 117.

What can you use the municipal online doctor for?
