You can grant power of attorney to others so that they can view and enter information on your behalf and you can receive corresponding power of attorney from others.

Children under 12 years of age
You can use the service on behalf of children under 12 years of age for whom you have parental responsibility. The requirement is that at least one of the parents is registered in the Norwegian population register at the same address as the child.
Children and young people between 12 and 15 years of age
There is limited access for children and young people between 12 and 15 years of age. When the child turns 12 years of age, your access will automatically be limited.
You will be unable to view critical information, but you can add your own information about their medical history.
Do you require access to critical information contained in the summary care record for children in the age range 12-15 years? You will need to ask the child’s GP or another attending physician to provide you with a printout.

From 16 years of age
When a child for whom you have parental responsibility turns 16 years of age, you will no longer have access to their health data. The young person will need to log in to Helsenorge or grant power of attorney to you.

This service is not available to people with an unlisted address.
If the service contains information from another service that is not available, this information will not be visible, even if this service is.
If you live at a confidential address, you will not be able to represent others at Helsenorge, nor will others be able to act on your behalf.
